Southern Adults - Group Tennis Coaching
A casual programme for those who are stretched for time giving you greater flexibility!
Six lessons available. $20 per lesson per adult.  $10 for Club Members.
BEGINNERS WELCOME!  Also a great format if you haven't picked up a tennis racquet since 'school' and would like to 'get back into it'!
Bookings not necessary - Just come along any Tuesday night at 5:30pm at HSTC or Wednesday night at 6:30pm at St Peters T/Club.
Sessions run for 60mins
All the basics will be covered during the Term.
Week 1, Serve Technique.  Don't spend months learning the serve. SPT's session will have you
serving in one session so you can get on with the business of playing tennis.
Week 2, Forehand Technique.  SPT's 15 minute forehand will put you in possession of your first weapon!
Week 3, Backhand Technique. Learn to hit the ultimate backhand in just minutes!    
Week 4, Volley Technique and Movement. Get your feet moving and hit crunching volleys in one session.
Week 5, Smash & Volley Technique, Net Play.  Dominate your opponent with an attacking net game.
Week 6, Doubles Movement and Tactics. Put your new found tennis shots into practice and learn how to play dominating doubles.

Fit Hit - Tennis Aerobic Workout
If you can hit a ball and want a great aerobic and fitness workout, then this is the program for you!
Hit lots of balls with some great tennis-based drills that will get your heart pumping and body moving!
Use our racquet or your own. 
No match-play experience necessary.
